A Black Board of Directors leads the Vermont Racial Justice Alliance and a Steering Committee assists in advising our staff in the work.
The Vermont Racial Justice Alliance mitigates direct impacts and dismantles the systemic origins of racism in Vermont. This data-driven work is done through platforms and initiatives, outreach and education, community engagement and support, and cultural empowerment. This work continues to drive systemic transformation across all systems of state and local government.
