Data – VT Owner vs Renter Occupied Housing

One way to measure the economic wellbeing of Vermont residents by race is to observe the percentage of housing units occupied by owners and by renters.

The following charts show estimates from the American Community Survey (ACS) for the five years from 2015 through 2019. In many cases, there is a high level of uncertainty to these estimates.
We strongly encourage the State of Vermont to produce a more accurate and publicly available set of this data.
